Preparation

Careful preparation of your body is crucial for the success of the Seffiller® treatment. Beforehand, we discuss which areas of the body the fat will be harvested from, usually the lower abdomen or thighs. I provide guidance on nutrition, skincare, and general health to ensure the fat cells remain as vital and resilient as possible. If necessary, I also advise on certain medications or blood thinners

It is especially important to properly prepare the areas to be treated before the injection: avoid sunbathing or intensive skin treatments in the days leading up to the procedure to keep the skin healthy and resilient.

Treatment

The treatment itself is divided into several steps:

• Local fat harvesting: Under gentle local anesthesia, we collect autologous fat from the lower abdomen or another suitable area. This is done minimally invasively, allowing you to feel comfortable shortly after the procedure.
• Processing with the Seffiller® system: The harvested fat is purified, concentrated, and enriched with regenerative cellular components using state-of-the-art technology. This ensures that as many viable cells as possible are preserved and supports the desired skin regeneration.
• Precise injection: The processed fat is carefully injected into the targeted areas—such as restoring volume to the cheeks, reducing under-eye hollows, or enhancing lip volume. Healing & Aftercare

After the treatment, mild swelling, redness, or small bruises may occur. These reactions are normal and usually subside within a few days. I recommend resting the treated areas during the first few days and avoiding strenuous physical activity.
